My Story

A Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist Here to Guide You

I have always worked with young children and families - first in an early childhood program and then in a mental health agency, providing counseling, consultation and continuing education trainings.

In 2015, I opened the doors to my practice to clients in the Lamoille County area of Vermont — offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges and most trying times.

I am a registered Play Therapist, a rostered Child Parent Psychotherapist and am trained in many trauma-responsive modalities for working with children and families who have experienced trauma such as: EMDR, SMART, sand tray therapy and Trauma-Informed Play Therapy.
